Air nozzles in up-market passenger cars must adapt to the colour design of the entire interior. To ensure this, air nozzles need to be painted including every single fin.
This automatic machine is used to clamp individual fins in the enamelling holders to prepare them for automatic painting.
A cycle time of less than 1 second should be implemented for this, while dozens of different types need to be processed.
