In medicine, it is necessary to dispense liquids from bottles. But crystals may form in liquids during storage. Such components must be filtered out when the liquid is dispensed. Dispensing filters are used for this purpose.
The plant is designed as an automatic rotary transfer machine including 14 stations.
Parts are fed to the machine through vibratory bowl conveyors with a parts hopper.
The plant operates at a cycle time of 3.3 seconds.
